Swale with terraced garden project

This is going to be a long project , as it is  a learn as I go.

This is going to be an experiment with terraced gardens.Plenty of room and slope to make quite a few terraces starting at the top where the deep swale is for water catchment .

This is the swale  on top of the slope where the terraces would start.Plenty of room above it for more terraces.Just need to start building small walls on contour.
The  Swale will be elongated and made deeper to catch more water,(rain run off ) and it will be pumped to containers for later use.
